THE ULTIMATE BBQ TREAT – SCHMIDT FAMILY BBQ SMOKED PRIME RIB

I’m all about keeping to the basics when it comes to great Texas BBQ. Just love tasty smoked brisket & sausage with all the fixins. But I tried Schmidt Family BBQ’s smoked prime rib the other night and was blown away. It was perfectly seasoned, had just the right amount smoke and the most incredible flavor.
